We offer a hybrid setup in Austin and travel to Bowie House once per month.

Job Description
As the Area of Director of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with the company's overall objectives at Commodore Perry Estate and Bowie House. This role requires a creative thinker with a proven track record of building brand presence, managing integrated marketing campaigns, and fostering effective communication both internally and externally.
- Develop and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy to enhance brand visibility and drive business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee the development of engaging content for various channels, including digital, social media, press releases, and internal communications.
- Manage public relations efforts, building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing and communications role with a track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
