- Facilitate Guest Dining Experience by Anticipating Needs and Delivering High-Quality Service.
- Relate with Guests to Ensure Satisfaction with Beverages and Meals.
- Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection Standards and Suggest Upselling Unique Menu Items.
- Take and Place Orders Accurately and Quickly, Input into POS System, and Handle Billing.
- Operate, Maintain, and Clean Restaurant Equipment and Fittings.
- Maintain a Tidy and Organized Restaurant Environment while Following Safe Food Handling Procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of One Year Experience in the Foodservice/Hospitality Industry.
- Good Knowledge of Food and Wine. Experience at a Luxury Hospitality Property Preferred.
- Must be of Minimum Age to Serve Alcohol.
- Superior Professional Appearance and Manner, Good Character to Work in a Fast-Paced Team.
- Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends and Holidays, According to Department Needs.
- Ability to Obtain Relevant State and Local Government Certifications.
