Job Summary
Serve as the host of all hosts, orienting guests to the spa facilities and providing exceptional personal service. Ensure smooth spa operations by reviewing daily treatment schedules and maintaining guest areas to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Orient guests to spa facilities and provide personalized service
- Review daily treatment schedules and prepare/maintain guest areas
- Transport linen carts to laundry facility
- Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations
Requirements
- Customer service experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment
- Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
- Lift, carry, and pull objects over 30 lbs; stand and walk throughout shift
