Job Description
The In-Room Dining Coordinator is responsible for providing seamless service to our guests. They will answer phones, take orders, prepare amenities, and coordinate workflow to ensure timely service.
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage service required
- Point of Sale System experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, focusing attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous. Must be able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. TB Clearance and Food Handlers Certificate required.
