Job Summary
We are seeking a Luxury Host/Hostess to join our team at Mauna Lani in Hawaii. As a Luxury Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and set the tone for their experience with us.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to HaLani restaurant and ensure they have an exceptional experience.
- Manage reservations, server stations, and timing patterns to provide seamless service.
- Have a complete working knowledge of the menu and ingredients to answer guest questions.
- Work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, providing consistent luxury guest service.
Requirements
- Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- High school graduate preferred.
- Previous related experience preferred.
- Ability to obtain Tuberculosis clearance. CPR and/or first aid certifications preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
