Auberle’s Behavioral Health Department provides a wide range of services to children, adolescents, adults and families. Services include psychiatric, psychological, mental health and substance abuse services. Auberle is seeking Master level mental health professionals. Preference is given to PA State licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) therapists and those actively on a licensure track.
Our therapist roles vary and include Outpatient Mental Health, School Based Outpatient Therapy, and Mobile Crisis Intervention. An array of services is provided in various settings, facilities and programs. Submit a cover letter and resume to learn about our current openings.
Key objectives of all roles:
- Provide direct treatment to clients through a combination of assessments, individual, family, and group therapy and generate revenue in accordance with established annual goals and billable expectations.
- Complete required clinical documentation, including but not limited to assessments, treatment plans, crisis plans, and discharge summary forms.
- Actively work with client/families to improve communication, improve relationships, and provide information related to client goal attainment.
- Provide counseling to clients utilizing evidence-based practices, as well as an established theory of change for treatment of mental health and substance abuse.
- Demonstrate an understanding of, respect for, and appreciation of the cultural diversity of consumers, volunteers, staff and other stakeholders throughout the provision of services.
- Fulfill the annual PA Department of Health Training requirements. Subject areas for training shall be selected according to the training plan for each individual. Each therapist shall complete at least 40 clock hours of training annually.

Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications:
- Requires a Master’s degree or above in Chemical Dependency, Psychology, Social Work,
- Counseling, or related field.
- Licensure preferred
- Ability to provide high quality treatment efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse individuals, exercise discretion, exercise confidentiality, and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Ability to obtain pre-employment Act 33/34 clearances (criminal and child abuse) as well as FBI clearance.
- Ability to visually observe behaviors, affect, and interactions
- Ability to demonstrate organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate passion for the Auberle mission of working with children and families
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to ensure full compliance with agency and governmental regulations
