What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Director of Store Operations position at Aubuchon Hardware?

Our Team is currently hiring for a Regional Director of Retial Operations to work throughout our network of stores in the New England Area including MA, CT, NH, and PA.
What we are looking for:
- Support Sales Goals and Initiatives
- Provide the right structure and support to help each store reach its full SMaSH potential by distributing inventory management accountability.
- Be primarily responsible for defining and directing all store-level productivity initiatives, including POS/back office efficiencies, maintenance, merchandising, etc.
- Assist in developing budgets and long-range plans based on company growth and future needs.
- Be responsible for the completion of store tasks, directing field teams in playing a crucial role in addressing issues.
- Monitor budgets, purchase orders, and contracts and report on variances.
- Assist with defining and directing all store communication.
- Assists with stabilizing store operational functions related to acquisitions.
What we are looking for from you:
- 5 years of operations management experience.
- Ability to plan, direct and control the activities of others.
- Deal and collaborate with all types of people.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience is required.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Experience working independently with minimal supervision is required.
