Responsibilities
- Manage property leasing activities, ensuring all units are filled in a timely manner.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring that all common areas and amenities are well-maintained.
- Perform real estate administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Engage in sales activities to promote community features and attract potential residents.
- Maintain organized files for all resident documentation and property records.
- Address resident concerns promptly, employing strong conflict management skills to resolve issues amicably.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when communicating with residents, vendors, and prospective tenants.
Experience
- Proven experience in property leasing or community management is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of successfully attracting new residents.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in file management and record keeping.
- Demonstrated ability to handle conflicts effectively while maintaining positive relationships with residents.
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly in phone interactions.
