Responsibilities
- Greet and assist prospective tenants in a professional manner, providing information about available properties.
- Conduct property tours, highlighting key features and benefits to potential renters.
- Manage leasing paperwork, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating strong conflict management skills.
- Collaborate with the property maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
- Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to leasing and property management
- Provide administrative support as needed to enhance office operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a leasing or property management role is preferred.
- Strong office skills with proficiency in administrative tasks and customer service.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
