Schedule:
- Several shifts
Duties and Responsibilities:
May include all or part of the following but not limited to:
- Perform defined work using dietary utensils, supplies and equipment as assigned by the Dietary Supervisor.
- Meet scheduled meal and snack times.
- Provide assistance to the cook in the preparation and service of meals.
- Follow Federal, State and local long term care regulations and Dietary Department policies and procedures.
- Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled.
- Set dining rooms for resident service.
- Serve meals.
- Stock pantry and cupboards with dishware and food items as per par levels.
- Attend in-service educational programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Dietary Supervisor.
Qualifications
Experience in dietary service is preferred.
