Engage with the BEST kids in town in our fun and nurturing summer camp program! Coaches follow a set curriculum which includes snack time, games, enrichment activities, and daily field trips. Prior experience working with children is a must.
Our encouraging, motivational, and supportive team approach ensures that our awesome kids make memories to last a lifetime. Coaches ensure children engage in a variety of activities including but not limited to:
- P. E. type games and activities,
- arts and crafts,
- dance,
- cheerleading,
- soccer,
- basketball,
- Flag-Football,
- dodgeball,
- music,
- martial arts,
- gymnastics,
- field trips, and more.
Our motto is "We are the BEST"! This means that we have the best kids, the best company, and of course, the BEST afterschool coaches! We offer paid training, free uniforms, and fast progress to promotions and raises based on teamwork and individual BEST work ethic! To qualify for our amazing team:
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass a background screening
- Must be 19 or over
- Must have experience working with children
- Must have reliable personal transportation to work (we provide vans/busses for transportation of campers)
- Must be enthusiastic, energetic, and have a positive attitude that you strive to excel in whatever you do!
- Must own a smartphone for communication purposes
This awesome job provides up to 20-25 hours per week with a beginning salary range of $10.00 - $12.00 per hour with quick advances in pay and promotions upon successful achievement of goals. Beginning salary within this range is flexible based on prior work experience.
We are looking for coaches who can work Monday - Friday for either morning shifts or afternoon shifts and are flexible with arrival and ending times and flexible with alternating shifts.
