Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a 44-bed facility located in beautiful Damascus, OH. Auburn Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Receptionist to organize our office and staff, handle incoming phone calls and properly distribute messages. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, has experience in an administrative capacity, is proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and is capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.
Responsibilities :
- Work as part of a team.
- Be able to prioritize multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Handle day-to-day operations.
- Set up facility transportations.
- Code invoices and keep track of payments.
- Make deposits of checks.
- Handle medical records.
- Interact with people in a professional, courteous manner.
- Be able to maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
