Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide assistance and support to users for printers, computers and other equipment
Provide proper lab sanitation and social distancing guidance to lab occupants, enforcing official campus policies as required
Sanitize lab areas and equipment as users leave throughout the shift
Ensure all equipment is treated with proper care and not removed without authorization
Log equipment damage and malfunctions with management
Qualifications:
Friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn
Customer service skills
Problem solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with maintaining computer hardware/software is desired
Able to work nights and/or weekends
