Auburn Veterinary Service is a progressive, fast-paced, two doctor practice located in Auburn, IL. We are in search of a full-time Receptionist for our rapidly growing practice.
Requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
- Excellent customer service skills both in person and on the phone that exceeds our client’s expectations
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintaining client/patient medical records
- Payment processing
- Appointment scheduling
- Veterinary medical experience
- Computer knowledge
- Avimark experience is preferred but not required. Our hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Tuesday 7:30 am-8:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am- 5:00 pm. Our benefits package includes health and dental insurance, CE allowance, paid holidays, paid vacation and sick days, employee pet discount program, and scrub allowance. The salary for this position is between $15 and $18 an hour depending on experience.
