RECEPTIONIST, Part Time, Auburn Village
Auburn Village in Auburn, Indiana, has an Immediate Opening for a Part Time Receptionist.
Monday-Friday from 4pm-8pm 2-3 days a week and 8a-8p every other weekend,
Saturday and Sunday. When you work the weekends, you'll only work 2 days during the week.
We are looking for a warm and engaging smile, and a professional appearance and demeanor! You will enjoy competitive pay, a pleasant work environment, and you will love our residents! Good phone manner and competency with computers. Must be a high school graduate.

Responsibilities of the Receptionist:
- Greet and assist residents, staff, guests and vendors
- Maintain and monitor sign-in/out list
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Transfer incoming calls as needed
- Administrative and other duties as assigned
- Maintenance and upkeep of lobby area
Requirements
of the Receptionist:
- Previous Receptionist experience is a plus
- Experience in Skilled Nursing facility is a plus
- Must have a pleasant and professional telephone voice
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to operate a multiline phone
- Compassion and understanding of older adults
