Reporting to the Associate Director of Risk Management Special Projects, your mission is to optimize and streamline our systems, ensuring seamless event coordination and risk mitigation . Join us in creating memorable experiences while keeping our campus safe!
- Guidance and Best Practices : You will be the trusted advisor for event organizers, offering practical insights and ensuring events align with safety protocols.
- Risk Mitigation : Collaborate with university departments to identify and manage risks associated with campus events, from logistics to crowd management.
- Event Registration : Streamline event registration processes, serving as the primary point of contact for approvals and requirements.
- Training Resources : Develop and implement training materials, equipping organizers with essential knowledge on system use, emergency protocols and compliance.
