Job Summary
Auburn Athletics is excited to begin the search for a Graduate Assistant - Fan Experience! Graduate Assistant responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing and sales plans for assigned sports with a focus on maximizing attendance and ticket sales revenue, preparing all aspects of game-day production and promotions, and designing promotional materials. This provides the GA with opportunities to learn / apply best practices and to develop real-world experiences while also implementing marketing plans for non-ticketed sports with a focus on increasing attendance and awareness, and assisting with database management, analytics and email marketing.
Essential Functions
- Work in partnership with the Director of Fan Experience through daily office hours to learn about the development of game production and fan experience for all of Auburn's 19 athletic programs; tasks include, but are not limited to :
Provide assistance in the distribution of giveaways and promotional items
Minimum Qualifications
Acceptance into graduate school at Auburn University is required before candidate can officially be offered the position. Position requires a two-year commitment. Applicants selected for the position must then apply for and be accepted into the Auburn University graduate school. Position includes graduate school tuition waiver and monthly stipend.
