Job Description Summary | The College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment at Auburn University invites applications for a postdoctoral research position focused on advancing sustainable practices in fiber recycling and innovative applications. This position is part of an ongoing effort to explore the potential of fibers liberated from wipes for use in asphalt matrices and other applications. This is a non-renewable appointment ending July 31, 2025. The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements for work in the United States at the time the appointment is scheduled to begin and continue working legally for the term of employment. |

Minimum Qualifications | Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in applied chemistry, industrial chemistry, forest resources, forest products, pulp and paper science, engineering, chemical engineering, biosystems engineering, polymer chemistry and/or engineering and related areas at the time employment begins. |
