The College of Human Sciences is excited to recruit candidates for the Professional Development Coordinator position who has primary responsibility for managing all aspects of the OneOp professional development activities including webinars. Additional responsibilities include understanding and modeling best practices for online professional development as well as encouraging Collaboration Teams (CT) faculty and webinar presenters to use best practices.

Formal AU Title : Outreach Programs Administrator
Essential Functions
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage webinar processes including scheduling, preparation, technical support, communicating with target audiences
- Coordinate webinar topic approval and scheduling with the Department of Defense / CTs
- Assist with oversight and maintenance of databases, pages, and workflows within the OneOp Notion workspace
- Produce and support all OneOp webinars including technical support, broadcast stream monitoring, quality control, and post-production for on-demand viewing
- Create and manage webinar event pages including RSVP functions, publication, post-production edits, tagging, and ongoing maintenance
- Review and finalize all PowerPoint slides for CT teams to ensure consistency and quality
- Update and communicate (to CTs and OneOp) webinar coordination process
- Strategic planning around professional development processes, procedures
- Update CTs on professional development best practices
- Stay up-to-date on new or innovative ways to present content
- Develop and manage professional development archives on an ongoing basis
- Monitor and implement best practices for accessibility for web-based programming, including live closed captioning for all webinars
- Support annual MFRA live sessions with production and presenter technical support
- Participate in OneOp leadership team
- Some travel may be required
- Attend and present at relevant professional conferences
