Job Summary |
Join the Ticket Sales and Event Operations Team at the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center! The Ticket Sales and Event Operations student staff member at the Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center is a part-time, year-round position available to Auburn University students. Students will assist patrons with ticket purchases and inquiries, both in person and by phone, manage will call, and help visitors find concessions, restrooms, and their seats at performances. They will also assist with equipment setup, execution, and breakdown for rentals, rehearsals, and performances at the Woltosz Theatre, Amphitheatre at the City of Auburn Lawn and Porch, and other Gogue Center spaces. Events may include concerts, plays, musicals, festivals, luncheons, university programs, and facility rentals. Additionally, staff will act as welcoming ambassadors, providing exceptional hospitality and customer service to patrons, donors, special guests, and visiting artists.
