What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Center Representative - Start ASAP! position at Aucera?
We are looking to fill customer service sales positions asap. As a sales agent, you will receive calls from existing customers. These customers might have questions regarding the billing, payment of their existing plans, or may be calling to enroll in a new plan. The sales effort will be cross-selling these existing customers to new plans, while also helping resolve any customer concerns for their existing products. You will be asked to make a sales effort on every call.
