What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Healthcare position at Aucera?
We are looking to fill customer service positions asap. Our representatives will be handling calls from medical offices, providing the current status of an upcoming procedure. Typically, our representatives will be providing information on whether the procedure is pending, authorized or denied.
This position is Monday - Friday and you will be off on Holidays.
