Responsibilities :
- Train and lead kitchen personnel, supervising all culinary activities
- Estimate food needs and manage food requisitions
- Elevate stadium dining with premium menu development and adherence to safety standards
- Standardize production recipes for consistent quality
- Set presentation techniques and quality standards, plan menus, and ensure kitchen safety and sanitation
- Oversee equipment operation / maintenance and manage special catering events
- Provide culinary instruction and demonstrate techniques as needed
Requirements :
Location : Baltimore, MD, USA
Salary Range : $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 (Target : $85,000.00)
Reporting To : District Manager
Education : Culinary Degree
Experience : 1-3 Years
