Overview :
Philadelphia-based Audacy is seeking an Associate Counsel to join the United States fastest growing audio company in the in the legal department.
Responsibilities : What You'll Do :
- Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate commercial agreements related to advertising, events, sweepstakes and contests, production services, content publishing and distribution, intellectual property licensing, data licensing and protection, consumer privacy, software and other technologies, and sports rights
- Provide counsel on matters relating to intellectual property rights in radio broadcasts, podcasts, advertising, technology, images, and videos
- Provide counsel on matters relating to defamation, liable, slander, and First Amendment issues
- Provide counsel on matters relating to sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions
- Provide counsel on matters relating to consumer data privacy and security, including the collection, processing, and storage of personal information, and compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations
- Corporate policy training and compliance auditing
- Directly handle or escalate legal matters arising in company
