Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as inernal and external equity.

- Analyze complex, high-volume, and multi-dimensional data from diverse sources using various analytical techniques and tools.
- Define, track, and report on key metrics to evaluate business performance and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Design and build dashboards to uncover actionable insights and support sales adn revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Audacy to provide analytics support for key initiatives.

- Exceptional problem-solving, technical, and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
- Proven experience in planning and managing small projects independently.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for delivering solutions to real business challenges.
- Ability to refine and requirements and challenging data needs, bringing clarity to complex problems.
- Familiarty with SQL, Python, or Tableau
- Profiency with SQL.
- Experience using Tableau for data visualization and analysis.
- Familiarty with Salesforce and the Salesforce data model.
- Experience with WideOrbit and understanding of its data model.
- Advanced data manipulation and data mining skills.
- Tableau Desktop Specialist Certification
