POSITION SUMMARY :
The Business Intelligence Analyst will play a key role in advancing the company's BI strategy by leveraging their expertise in data analytics, data modeling, and business intelligence. The candidate will collaborate with a diverse set of teams to design, develop, and maintain data models and reports, ensure data quality and integrity, and contribute to the expansion of the company's overall BI strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless data integration.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data quality or system performance. Identify and resolve data anomalies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
- Participate in BI projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Assist with implementation of data governance policies, including data cataloging and data lineage.
- Work with professionals to scale their semantic layer within the company's cloud enterprise data warehouse.
- Engage and partner with outside consultants to achieve project deliverables where appropriate.
- Operate within tight deadlines to deliver high quality code and report enhancements, fully documenting all work.

LOCATION : Boston, MA Hybrid
The base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
