ROLE OVERVIEW
Audax is seeking to hire a full-time Talent Management & Development Manager to join the Private Equity Talent Team based in Boston to support various workstreams that touch all areas of the Talent Cycle with an initial focus on Talent Management and Early Career Staffing and Development of the Investment Team.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS IN THE ROLE:
• Executing on key initiatives to support our Talent Strategy
• Building efficient, transparent and scalable talent solutions that drive increased performance of
the early career deal team
• Collaborating effectively with stakeholders internally and externally
• Ensuring robust talent data to support key talent decisions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Fulfill day to day responsibilities in key areas within the PE talent Team including but not limited to:
Investment Team Early Career Staffing and Talent Pipeline Management
• Chairing the weekly staffing committee to support a collaborative decision-making process for
the staffing of analysts and associates across the portfolio
• Building a strong cadre of development leaders to mentor the early career group
• Creation of strong talent analytics to manage the pipeline of talent from our early career group
Performance Management
• Improve and deliver bi-annual performance, promotion and compensation reviews
• Coach and provide guidance to development leaders managing individual performance
situations
• Conduct Benchmarking and market surveys
Early Career Development Programs
• Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth onboarding of interns and new
analysts and associates
• Drive priorities such as mentorship, delivery of coaching and training, ensuring that the team is
at the forefront of best practices on professional development.
Strategic Talent Initiatives
• Support the Talent Team across broader initiatives aimed at executing on the Talent Strategy

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven experience (minimum 6 years) working in professional services firm, strategy consulting,
investment banking, or similar
• Has worked in a fast paced, project-based and collaborative environment
• Evidence of a commitment to on-going self-development
• Undergraduate degree as a minimum education requirement
TRAVEL & HYBRID WORKING
Flexibility to travel as required to Audax PE offices, currently located in Boston, SF, NYC and London. Audax is a relationship-based environment, and the gravity of activity is in Boston. Audax currently has a hybrid working model with three days in the office (four days for the deal team) and two remote days subject to change as business needs require.
