Job Description
The Area Retail Coach - East Coast will primarily support Audemars Piguet’s Retail population and will focus on training and coaching Retail excellence, developing soft skills, and product knowledge. The ARC will be responsible for performing assessments to identify training needs within the region and will work in partnership with HQ to develop comprehensive solutions. This role will support and collaborate with various departments to implement and sustain a culture of learning.
The Area Retail Coach reports to the Retail Excellence Manager and will be based out of our Miami office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Retail leaders and HQ training team to create effective learning plans.
- Support the commercial strategies and driving business KPIs.
- Work closely with business partners to assess training needs and to define training priorities.
- Facilitate trainings in store and in Corporate (New Hires) to achieve performance expectations.
- Support training strategies with a focus on improving behaviors and ensuring a consistent client experience across all Boutiques.
- Monitor and analyze business and training KPI’s in order to identify training solutions to impact the client experience, sales and learning absorption.
- Assist in creating on-boarding plans for New Hires including training schedule and topics, coordinating meetings with business partners, and travel.
- Create a dynamic learning environment when delivering core training content (product, selling skills, client development, and others); Engage participants & check for understanding.
- Enhance the Boutique teams’ selling skills and client development strategies by partnering with boutique leadership to observe customer interactions, perform role plays, and lead coaching sessions that help to build genuine, long-lasting client relationships.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury Brands, preferably in the watch industry with successful track record in sales.
- Experience in Training or Learning & Development or related area preferred.
- Strong verbal, written and facilitation skills.
- Must be able to manage and work within travel budget.
- Must possess strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Team player with a strong collaborative attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience planning and managing both small and large-scale training events, with flawless follow-through and execution.
- Up to 50% travel required.
