Audeo Charter School II, part of the Altus affiliated schools, is a nonprofit, state-funded public charter school serving students in grades 6-12. The Altus Schools Learning Associate will assist with the academic program in grades 6-12 and will support the operations of a community-based resource center. We are looking for passionate, skilled educators who are energetic, accountable, and student-centered. The ideal candidate will have exceptional classroom management and organizational skills, understand the developmental needs of adolescents, motivate students effectively, and set high expectations for success. This is an hourly part-time (20 hours per week) position. Active California preliminary or clear Single- or Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential CLAD Certification/ ELA 1 Authorization Reliable transportation required Pass a work styles/ behavior survey and math assessment Clear background check by the Department of Justice and FBI TB Clearance
