Compensation & Benefits
The Automotive Service Advisor is a Full Time - base plus commission Customer Service role and will receive a compensation package of between $40000 to $120000 per year, paid semimonthly. In addition, Audi Cape Fear offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and create an enjoyable customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries about service and repairs.
- Receive repair orders and ensure that the customer completely understands the cost and timeline of the work to be performed.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Review customer invoices before payment is due.
- Generate and complete service paperwork.
- Provide feedback on maintenance and repair suggestions to management.
- Maintain awareness of current promotions and specials.
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Provide a professional, positive and personable customer experience.
- Promote customer loyalty through customer service delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree and/or 3 years of experience in Automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a personable demeanor
- Ability to comprehend and explain complex service information
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
