In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, greeting customers, advising on necessary and recommended services, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience throughout the process. You will track vehicle status, communicate updates, and ensure all customer concerns are addressed when the work is complete.
We are seeking a motivated individual with at least 2 years of experience in an automotive service environment. High-line and CDK experience is preferred.
