Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments with proper documentation of clientele needs.
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
- Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Verify all warranty and service plan coverage and report correctly.
- Establish follow up time and proactively communicate with clientele as they require.
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customer.
- Proactive follow up with clientele regarding customer service experience and follow up with any clientele needs
- Maintain proper customer service index score each month.
Qualifications:
- Previous vehicle manufacturing dealership experience required and CDK experience preferred.
- Driver's License (Preferred)
