The Service Drive Technician assists guests on the service drive by answering technical questions, verifying guest concerns and "noise" complaints, diagnosing vehicle concerns and sending the vehicle to the appropriate department for further diagnosis and repair.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Degree or Certificate from a trade school preferred
- Excellent guest service skills
- Previous experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor vehicle processes and guest experience to ensure proper verification of concerns are performed.
- Perform quality control inspections and the inputting of quality control inspections.
- Provide technical assistance in answering guest questions and explanation of guest concerns, will help service advisors by demonstrating vehicle functions and training on system functions.
- Perform road test for concern verifications.
- Assist service technicians, Team leaders, and Shop Forman with the diagnoses of escalated and dated vehicles.
Pay: $30 - $30 / hour bonuses based on performance
