About The Role
We are looking for a strong leader with luxury automotive expertise to fill the role of Finance Manager, Audi of Hampton. You will lead the sales team and play a key role in designing memorable client experiences. This crucial role requires 3-5 years of experience in luxury automotive sales, where you have successfully led a high-performing sales team, cultivated a culture of excellence, and ensured that every client interaction reflects the luxury and prestige of the Audi brand. Additionally, you will be responsible for strategic planning, driving sales growth, and achieving profit targets. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply!
What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities
- Selling F&I products and services to our customers
- Attaining goals for gross production of financial services / products
- Review customer credit applications for completeness
- Utilize menu selling process 100%
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete for each deal
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Communicate with sales team to ensure every customer is handled efficiently and professionally
- Ensure compliance with all laws & regulatory obligations
- Ensure completion & submission of all financial documents where applicable
- Maintain effective communication with team members
- Promote and help maintain outstanding CSI
