Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Actively prospect for new customers through lead generation, follow-ups, and networking.
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to showcase the value of each product.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of BMW Motorrad and Lotus vehicles, accessories, and financing options.
- Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure a smooth sales process for customers.
- Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Assist with maintaining showroom and lot standards, including vehicle displays and cleanliness.
- Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle sales.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 2 years experience is preferred, we will train the right talent with strong communication skills
- Passion: Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and motorcycles, particularly the BMW Motorrad and Lotus brands.
- Customer Focus: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create positive customer experiences.
- Drive: A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting sales goals.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Licensing: A valid motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required.
