Jaguar Land Rover Cape Fear is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about luxury vehicles, building relationships, and providing a best-in-class client experience, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist clients in a professional and welcoming manner

Guide clients through the vehicle purchase process with integrity and knowledge

Stay current on product knowledge for Jaguar, Land Rover, and certified pre-owned vehicles

Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat and referral business

Follow up with prospects and clients through phone, text, and email

Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure client satisfaction from start to finish
What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales or customer service experience (automotive preferred but not required)

Jaguar Land Rover experience preferred but not necessary

Passion for luxury vehicles and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-starter with a drive to succeed and exceed goals

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
