- Coordinate with technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Follow up with customers regarding service completion and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on automotive service trends and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Ensure a clean and organized service area for both staff and customers.
Skills
- Proficient in automotive service processes including oil change, air brake systems, suspension work, tire service, brake repair, and diesel engine repair.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technicians while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
