Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service drive, ensuring seamless workflow and that every client receives world-class service.
Coach, mentor, and support service consultants and support staff to meet Audi’s high standards of customer care and operational efficiency.
Ensure every customer interaction is consistent with Audi's luxury brand experience—offering personalized service and attention to detail.
Perform quality inspections and maintain strict adherence to Audi's service protocols, ensuring every vehicle is returned in perfect condition.
Uphold safety regulations and environmental standards, ensuring a safe and compliant service environment.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year as a Service Lane Manager or in a similar role within a luxury automotive environment.
Ability to provide a top-tier service experience that aligns with Audi's luxury brand.
Demonstrated success in managing a high-performing team, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-first attitude.
Familiarity with dealership management systems and automotive service operations, with a preference for experience in high-end or luxury dealerships.
