As an Internet Director, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, harnessing your leadership prowess to propel our internet team to victory.
What you'll be working on:
- Provide leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to guide the internet department
- Work towards maximizing profitability and volume within the Internet Department
- Ensure consistent utilization of systems and technologies
- Oversee the implementation and utilization of our video messaging platform
- Develop and implement processes for managing leads generated through online channels
- Lead the technology implementation process at the store
- Meet performance metrics and standards for the store
- Implement processes for managing leads generated through online channels
- Deliver a satisfactory guest experience from online to in-store
- Utilize negotiation, closing, and relationship skills effectively
- Provide training and support to sales on customer engagement and online sales techniques
What you need to bring to the table:
- 3-5 years in automotive management
- Proven track record as an Internet sales producer
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Expert negotiation, and closing skills
- Tech Savvy
- Process-oriented
- Exemplary communication and listening skills
- Self-initiative, strategic planning and ability to problem solve
- Passion to ensure every customer contact is an excellent experience
Salary: $60,000-150,000/annually
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
