In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our parts department, specifically focusing on our high-end, boutique line of Audi parts and accessories. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers have access to the finest Audi parts, whether for performance, customization, or maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge and advice on Audi boutique parts and accessories to both customers and service teams.
- Assist in parts ordering, inventory management, and maintaining a high-quality parts catalog.
- Establish and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers to drive parts sales and satisfaction.
