Your Purpose as a Receptionist:

• Answer incoming phone calls and directs caller to appropriate department/individual, or takes a thorough message, if needed.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and determine the nature of their visit.
• Coordinate with other members of staff such as Title Clerk, Finance Manager, and Sales Managers to assist customers with titles and purchases.
• Communicates with ALL guests and callers in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.
• Other duties as requested by management.
