Position Overview:
As an Audi Technician at Walter's Auto Group, youll play a vital role in maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing Audi vehicles to ensure superior performance and customer satisfaction. Your specialized knowledge and commitment to quality will be essential in delivering the high-standard service our customers expect.
General Responsibilities:
- Perform Repairs: Complete repairs specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards.
- Diagnostic Testing: Conduct test drives and utilize diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to assess components and systems.
- Systems Maintenance: Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communication: Work closely with the Service Advisor to inform customers about additional service needs and provide repair estimates.
- Warranty Repairs: Complete repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.
Requirements:
- Experience: Audi or Volkswagen experience preferred.
- Certifications: ASE certifications are ideal.
- Skills: Strong automotive background with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Driving Requirements: Must have held a valid drivers license for at least two years and have a clean driving record.
