Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located at Audi Ontario, CA. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service advisors and technicians, scheduling appointments, and maintaining service records.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of automotive service operations and processes
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Experience in a similar role in the automotive industry
- Technical knowledge of luxury vehicles is a plus
- Experience managing a fixed operation department in excess of 1M/month
Salary : $175,000 - $250,000
