Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience as a successful F&I Manager
- Proven ability to present F&I products and their value to clients
- Impeccable follow up skills
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficient in structuring deals for maximum profitability
- Well-versed in title laws and registration process
- Professional personal appearance and
- Extraordinary verbal/written communication skills
- Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills
