What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time and Full Time RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER position at Audi Richfield?
Audi Richfield is seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to handle a busy, multi-faceted position that requires organization, common sense and a positive attitude. Full time position is Monday-Thursday 11am to 8pm, Friday 9am-6pm. Part time position is Monday-Thursday 3pm-8pm
Responsibilities consist of but not limited to :
Answer incoming telephone calls promptly.
Directs caller to correct department or individual.
Notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting.
Data entry and various clerical tasks.
Collect and enter customer deposits and payments.
Provide general support to our Sales & Service departments.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Punctuality & good attendance
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills
