Service Consultant/Advisor - Audi Sarasota

We are looking for a professional, experienced Service Advisor/Consultant to join our high-volume automotive service team at Audi Sarasota, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of new car dealerships in Sarasota and Manatee counties.

Service Advisor/Consultant Role and Responsibilities

As the face of Audi Sarasota to our valued service clients, it is vital that you provide outstanding levels of customer service. You will be updating customers, explaining and selling needed repairs, and getting approvals throughout the day, so you will need to be organized and in order to stay on top of things. You will be interacting with the service team and customers throughout the day, so you will need to be a good listener, professional, and patient. You will also need to be flexible enough to react to changing priorities throughout the day.

Service Consultant/Advisor Requirements

We are looking for someone with experience advising and developing relationships with new and existing automotive service customers. In addition:

• Luxury automotive experience is preferred
• Computer literate and able to use a tablet and type efficiently
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience helpful.
