Audi West Palm Beach has an immediate opportunity for a Rental Car Agent. Must have an outgoing personality, the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced environment. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate with Rental Car Manager and/or Porter to have loaner vehicles cleaned inside and out prior to loaning To customers
- Make sure loaner vehicles are filled to at least tank before loaning them out.
- Ensure loaner vehicles are checked in properly for damage and fuel usage. This must be performed prior to customer leaving the service center.
- Responsible for ensuring proper documentation requirements are met for all loaner contracts (i.e. valid DL, valid proof of insurance, deductible deposit charged if applicable)
- Escort customers to the loaner car. Perform a walk around, cover preexisting damage, and fuel levels. Obtain all document signatures required.
- Once loaner car is returned, perform a return walk around, review any new damage and fuel level. Obtain all return document signature required, as well as any payment for deductible/damage/s to loaner car.
- Assist Rental Car Manager with other duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School degree or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience/hospitality experience required
- Rental car agent experience.
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
