Audi West Palm Beach is looking for a BDC Service Coordinator to join our rapidly growing team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual who understand the wants and needs of our automotive customers in service. The primary goal is to increase traffic within the service department, ensure that service appointments are scheduled per vehicle specifications as well as to ensure that all of the dealership's customers are receiving an elevated level of customer service.

Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Are friendly and courteous
- Have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Are self motivated, reliable and punctual
- Are experienced with various computer software programs/Microsoft applications and internet savvy
- Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service
- Training provided
- Call center experience and/or automotive experience preferred
- Professional attitude and attire at all times
- Must be capable of passing background check, drug screening and possess a clean driving record
