We are currently seeking a Service Receptionist to join our rapidly growing team. The primary goal is to increase traffic within the service department, ensure that service appointments are scheduled per vehicle specifications as well as to ensure that all of the dealership's customers are receiving an elevated level of customer service. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Are friendly and courteous and have a clear and pleasant speaking voice
- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Are self motivated, reliable and punctual
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions with customers, co-workers and vendors.

- Must be capable of passing background check, drug screening and possess a clean driving record
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Call center experience a plus
- Flexibility with the hours of operation in the Service Department - Monday - Friday - 7:30am - 6pm, Saturdays 8am - 5pm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
- Must be capable of passing background check, drug screening and possess a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
