Audience Development Strategies is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support and enhance our membership programs. This role is responsible for managing membership services, engaging with members and clients, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. The Membership Coordinator will play a key role in retention, outreach, and operational efficiency of membership initiatives. Experience in customer service or member services is great - but we are open to training the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members via email and on the phone, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement membership recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate membership records, databases, and reporting systems.
- Work with our marketing team to coordinate membership communications, including newsletters, email campaigns, and updates.
- Plan and support member events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for membership growth.
- Analyze membership trends and provide insights to optimize engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). An amazing attitude and self-motivation may be substituted for a degree and/or experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Technical proficiency and the desire and ability to learn new programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
